Dr. Joseph McNamara is former police chief in San Jose and in Kansas City, He is currently a fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, where he is working on a book on police misconduct and where he organized two private conferences for police chiefs about the drug war.

I hope that new drug rehab

I hope that new drug rehab centers will be on his agenda too because there is a crucial need of such facilities to stand a chance against drug dealers that seem to multiply by the second.
